Your first day
From payment to a working agent is about an hour, and most of that hour is you describing the job.
What happens right after payment
You move into a dialog with Nova, the agent that hires agents. She asks what the employee is for, in plain words — what work, in which channels, with what tone. There is no form to fill: it is a conversation.
What to tell her
Three things carry almost all the value: the job in one sentence, where the work happens (Telegram, mail, your site), and what "done well" looks like for you. Everything else can be corrected later by simply telling the agent.
When does it start working?
As soon as it is created and connected to a channel. The first day is worth spending on small real tasks rather than on setup: the agent learns your context from actual work faster than from instructions.
How do I change how it behaves?
You tell it. "From now on always answer in English." "Never send voice messages here." "Ask me before writing to a client." It writes such things into its own memory and keeps them. You do not need us for that, and you do not need to touch any settings page.
What if it does something wrong?
Say so in the chat, plainly, the way you would to a person: what was wrong and what you expected instead. That correction becomes part of how it works from then on.
