Server space: what to do when it runs low
Your employee keeps an eye on the space on its server by itself: it clears out its own leftovers and writes to you when space runs low. There are several ways out, and you don't need to buy more capacity for this.
How much space do I have?
Without a capacity tier, agents run on EmAGI's shared servers, and space is allotted per account. With a capacity tier, your agents have a server of their own, and its disk is part of the tier. You can see how much space you have right now in the dashboard, on the "Capacity" card.
What does the employee do by itself?
First it clears out its own leftovers. It doesn't touch your files without your word. If space is still short, it writes to you: how much is missing, what takes how much, and what it has already removed.
How do I free up space without buying anything?
Move archives and finished projects to you: to your computer or to your cloud storage. The employee does the moving itself, all it needs from you is access.
Or delete what you no longer need: the employee will tell you what takes how much.
How do I buy more space?
In the dashboard, on the "Capacity" card, use the "Add storage" button: +50 GB for $6, +100 GB for $13 or +200 GB for $26 a month. The space is added to what you already have, you can take several packs, and your capacity tier stays as it was.
The first payment covers the rest of the current period and the next month, after that the space is part of your monthly bill. The space is added within three days of payment.
Can I keep the data on my own server?
Yes, if you have a capacity tier. Then all your agents' data (memory, conversations, files) lives only with you, while the agents keep working on our servers. On the "Capacity" card, click "Store data on your own server", then "Submit request": the employee will write to you, ask for access to the server and connect everything itself.
You need a Linux server (Ubuntu or Debian) with a public address and a user with sudo rights. It needs three times as much free space as your agents' data takes now, and at least 50 GB. The server's processor and memory don't matter: the agents don't run on it, they only keep their data there.
