Give access to Google Drive and Sheets

The agent can read your documents and write into your spreadsheets — once you share them with its own Google address.

How access works

The agent has its own Google identity — a robot address. You share a folder or a file with that address the same way you would share it with a colleague. Nothing else is needed: no API keys from you, no downloads, no exports.

Reader or Editor?

Share as Editor unless you have a reason not to. As Reader the agent can read files and spreadsheets but cannot create folders, upload results or write a single cell — and most tasks end with writing something back.

Ask the agent for the address

Say: "give me your Google address, I will share the folder". It will reply with the robot address and, after you share, confirm what it can see.

"The Sheets API is not enabled"

This message means the Google project behind the account has not switched the Sheets or Drive interface on. It is a one-time click in the Google console of the account that owns the documents. The agent will tell you exactly which link to open — it is one page, one button.
