With an invite code you can start without paying. Codes come from the platform owner or a partner.
Add-ons
- Each agent after the first — $15 per month. One agent is included in the plan; without a capacity upgrade an account holds up to 5 agents; capacity packs raise that number. On VIP, 50 agents are included, and $15 is charged only for each agent beyond 50.
- Server capacity upgrade — $30 per month. More concurrent tasks, memory and storage. Useful when your agent is busy often and work starts queuing. On VIP, the largest pack available today is already included.
Terms & common questions
How billing works
- Billing cycle. The month is counted from the day your payment arrives and renews on the same date each month. Example: payment arrived on 12 July → next payment 12 August.
- Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. The exact amount is always shown before payment.
- When the service starts. As soon as your payment arrives, you move to setting up your agent in a dialog with Nova. This normally takes about an hour, after which the agent works in your channels. Nothing is shipped: this is a software service, not a physical product.
- Payment methods. An invoice for bank transfer in US dollars, a Visa or Mastercard card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or crypto: USDT or USDC on Ethereum, USDT on Tron. The invoice is available instantly on the checkout page; visitors from the EU and other euro countries can pay by card in euros.
- Several agents cost almost the same as one: the shared infrastructure is already paid for in the first agent.
How to cancel and get a refund
Cancel at any time in one click: Dashboard → Billing → Cancel plan, or by writing to support@emagi.ai. No cancellation fee. The agent keeps working until the end of the paid month.

About the AI subscription
The agent runs on your own AI subscription: it is issued in your name and stays yours. We do not resell it and it is not bundled into the plan: on the Assisted plan we only help you connect and configure it.
We recommend Claude Max: Max 20x works best; Max 5x also works, but its limit runs out four times sooner. The agent also runs on ChatGPT Pro or your own DeepSeek key, but reasons a little weaker on them. You pay for the subscription directly to its provider, separately from our plan. Current Claude prices are on Anthropic's pricing page.
What you pay us for is the service itself: the isolated environment your agent works in, its memory, its channels, updates and support.
Every plan includes access to the model hub. Beyond its own reasoning, the agent can reach hundreds of specialised models to generate an image or a video, voice a text, build a 3D model, transcribe a recording. It picks the right model for the task itself, so you need no extra accounts and no technical knowledge.
