Terms & common questions

How billing works

Billing cycle. The month is counted from the day you create your first agent and renews on the same date each month. Example: created on 12 July → next charge 12 August.
Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel. The exact amount is always shown before payment.
When the service starts. Right after payment you move to setting up your agent in a dialog with Nova — this normally takes about an hour, after which the agent works in your channels. Nothing is shipped — this is a software service, not a physical product.
Payment methods. Visa and Mastercard.
Several agents cost almost the same as one — the shared infrastructure is already paid for in the first agent.

How to cancel and get a refund

Cancel at any time in one click: Dashboard → your agent → Shut down, or by writing to support@emagi.ai. No cancellation fee. The agent keeps working until the end of the paid month.

About the AI subscription

The agent runs on your own AI subscription — it is issued in your name and stays yours. We do not resell it and it is not bundled into the plan: on the Assisted plan we only help you connect and configure it.

What you pay us for is the service itself: the server your agent runs on, its memory, its channels, updates and support.

Every plan includes access to the model hub: beyond its own reasoning, the agent can reach hundreds of specialised models — generate an image or a video, voice a text, build a 3D model, transcribe a recording. It picks the right model for the task itself, so you need no extra accounts and no technical knowledge.
