Errors 403 and 502

These two look similar in the browser and mean completely different things. The number tells you whose side the problem is on.

403 — access denied

The page exists, but this account is not allowed to open it. Usual causes: you are signed in with a different account than the one that owns the agent, or the session expired. Sign out and back in. If you own the agent and still get 403, tell us and we will sort out the access rights.

502 — the service did not answer

The request did not reach a working service. Nothing on your side can cause it and nothing on your side fixes it; it is usually short-lived — a service restarting, or a machine under momentary load. Wait a minute and reload. If it lasts longer than a few minutes, report it — we watch for these but a live report from you is faster than any monitor.

The page loads but the agent is missing from the list

Check that you are in the right account. An agent belongs to the account that created it; a second account of yours will not see it.

What we need from you in a report

One line is enough: what you opened, what you saw, and roughly when. Screenshots help but are not required. Do not send passwords or codes.
