Dashboard: where things are and how to do them

In the dashboard at emagi.ai you manage your agents: billing, AI subscriptions, capacity, memory, chats. Below, in order, where everything is and what to click. If something is missing here, ask your agent: it knows this page and can do a lot of it by itself.

How do I sign in?

On emagi.ai click "Sign in": with Google or with a code sent to your email. Once you are signed in, a "My agents" link appears in the header: that is your dashboard, and next time the site's home page opens it by itself. On the right of the header are the icons for color theme (dark, dim, light), language and log out.

What is on the dashboard home page?

At the top are the buttons "Group chat", "Tasks", "Subscriptions", "Billing" and "Create an agent". Below them is a banner: during a trial week it shows how much time is left (a "Pay" button appears once the invoice arrives), and if an invoice is unpaid or the trial ended without payment, it has a "Pay" button.

Next come the "Capacity" and "Media credits" cards and, on a computer, a short "Subscriptions" summary with a "Details" button, then the cards of your agents and the "Create another agent" tile. Further down are the "Subscriptions" card with a "Manage subscriptions" button ("Connect a subscription" while you have none), the expandable "Where your agents worked" block, the "Invite a friend" button and, at the very bottom, "Delete account". When your agents had avoidable spend, a "Spend you could have avoided" card also appears.

An agent card shows its status: "Working", "Turned off", "unpaid", "Credit limit reached" or "Not responding" (for the last one see Agent not responding). "Configure" opens the agent's page, "Chat" opens a chat with it, and the "…" menu has "Open in Telegram".

How do I create a new agent?

Click "Create an agent" or the "Create another agent" tile. If you have no plan yet, you first choose: get a plan, enter an invite code or request a trial week (leave a contact and wait for approval); the same buttons "Choose a plan", "I have an invite code" and "Request a trial week" are on the "Billing" page. Then you connect your own AI subscription: Claude (our recommendation), ChatGPT or DeepSeek, and Nova builds the agent with you in a conversation of about an hour. What each additional agent costs is on What you pay for.

How do I pay an invoice, change or cancel my plan?

The "Billing" button at the top of the dashboard. While there is no invoice, it shows the amount and date of the next payment. Once an invoice arrives, a "Pay now" button appears: in the payment window pick a method, card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay: choose the currency and click "Continue to payment"), crypto or an invoice for a bank transfer (its PDF is right there). Which methods you see depends on your account. If an invoice is overdue, the agents are paused and return to work by themselves right after payment.

The same page has "What your monthly total is made of", "Invoice history" (issued invoices show their number and a PDF link there) and a "Change plan" button. The "Plan" block has "Cancel plan": new invoices stop, the agents work until the end of the paid month and then pause, and your data is kept. Later, "Restore plan" appears there.

How do I connect my own AI subscription to an agent?

On the agent's page click "Add Claude subscription", then "Get link" (or "Copy link" to open it in a private browser window). The Anthropic page opens: sign in to your Claude account, copy the code and paste it into the "Confirmation code (one-time)" field. Tick which agents get this subscription and click "Apply". In about a minute the agent runs on your subscription. Details on Connect your own subscription.

A ChatGPT subscription and your own key from other providers are connected in the same place, under "Experimental features", or with "+ Connect a subscription" on the "Subscriptions" page (below): "+ Connect a ChatGPT subscription (experimental)", "Use another agent's ChatGPT subscription" and buttons like "+ Connect DeepSeek with your own API key (experimental)", one per available provider. After connecting, click "Make active" in the new subscription's row. Your first agent gets its subscription right when it is created.

How do I move an agent to another subscription or set a standby?

On the agent's page, in the "Agent subscriptions" block, the top subscription is the working one and the next is the standby. "Make active" moves the agent to the chosen one (its open chats restart), the "↑" arrow moves a subscription up, "×" removes it from the agent. The checkboxes "Switch to the standby when the limit is hit" and "Return to the primary when the limit clears" appear once there are two or more subscriptions. "Notify me when the agent's model changes on its own" is always there. Click a subscription's name to rename it.

You can change the agent's voice simply by asking it, or right here, in the "Voice" block: two rows, "Calls" and "Voice messages". In each, choose the engine (GPT-Live, Gemini or Fish Audio) and the voice; the "Listen" button plays a sample. The choice is saved right away and changes only its own row, so calls and voice messages can sound in different voices.

The "Subscriptions" button at the top of the dashboard opens the page with all your AI subscriptions. The "Subscriptions" tab shows each one as a card: how much of the weekly and five-hour limit is used, whether it will last until the reset, and who works on it, down to a single chat topic; a subscription with a key also shows the money left on the account. The "Agents and chats" tab shows the same as a tree, with search and the "Own subscription" filter. The "Move" button moves a whole agent, a single chat or a topic to any of your subscriptions (Claude, ChatGPT or with a key); for a chat or topic the list also has "Same as the agent", and for a topic "Same as the chat". A chat or topic pinned to a Claude subscription has an "Auto" switch in the same row: when that subscription hits its limit, it follows the agent's subscription. Tick several rows to move them at once, and "Everyone on this subscription" in a card moves everyone off it. After a move, an "Undo" button stays visible for a few seconds. The "Queue" button next to an agent shows which subscription it switches to when the limit runs out: drag to change the order; the same panel has "+ Add to the queue", "Remove from the queue" and the "Switch automatically" and "Return to the first one" checkboxes. The "Needs attention" block at the top appears when a subscription is almost used up, will run out before the reset, or its account is almost out of money, and suggests where to move; the "Spread the load" button does it in one click. "+ Connect a subscription" connects a new one right here: Claude, ChatGPT, DeepSeek or another service with a key; on the last step tick which agents get it as Main and which as Backup. The "Rename" icon changes a subscription's name. The "My Claude limits" link in the "Subscriptions" card on the home page opens the limits page in Claude itself. How limits work: Subscription limits and a standby subscription.

Video: the Subscriptions page. All your subscriptions and keys on one page; an agent, a chat or a topic moves to another one in one click, and the employee keeps its memory.

How do I change the model, depth or subscription for one chat?

On the agent's page, the "Chats & thought streams" section lists every chat and topic where it works, with search, sorting and the filters "Groups", "Direct", "Web", "Guests", "Service", "Off". In a chat's row:

To change several chats at once, tick them or click "Select shown": a panel appears at the bottom with "Model for selected", "Subscription for selected" (with two or more subscriptions), "Turn on" and "Turn off". A change applies from the next message. Switching the model makes the agent reread the whole conversation, so avoid switching back and forth.

How do I turn an agent off, on or restart it?

On the agent's page there are "Restart" (the agent is back in about a minute) and "Turn off". A turned-off agent answers nowhere until you turn it on with the same button, and billing continues. To turn off just one chat, use "Chats & thought streams".

Where do I write to my agent?

The "Chat" button on the agent card or "Open web chat" on its page: the chat opens in a new tab. "Open in Telegram" is there if the agent is connected to Telegram. "Group chat" at the top of the dashboard brings you and several agents into one conversation, see Group chat with several agents.

Where do I edit the agent's personality, rules and memory?

On the agent's page, the "Memory & personality" tile. It holds the agent's main files (personality, main memory, work standards and others), an editor and a "Save" button: a change applies from its next answer. The "More: memory notes, knowledge, profiles (advanced)" block opens the rest of the memory files with search and editing. Usually it is easier to tell the agent in words what to change, and it edits this itself.

The same section has "Memory of your other agents": "Connect" lets this agent search another of your agents' memory, "Connect everything" adds that agent's working files and keys too, "Disconnect" removes access. The checkbox "Hide this agent's data from EmAGI support" is in the "Support access" block. How memory works: Memory: what the agent remembers.

Where do I see the agent's skills, memory and workspace?

The agent's page has three more tiles. "Skills": what the agent is trained for and how often it uses it, sorted "By frequency" or "By recency"; a click shows the skill's text and an "Edit in editor" button, an unneeded skill goes away with "Archive" and comes back with "Restore", and a modified one rolls back with "Revert to base version". Changes apply the next time the agent wakes up or after "Restart". The "Services & access" block is there too. "Database": how many records its memory holds and from which chats. "Workspace": which sites and domains it has published and how much memory and disk is used. These two tiles are read only, as are the "Goals", "Personality", "Knowledge" and "Working hours" sections on the agent's page.

Where do I see the spend?

On the agent's page, the "Usage" block: credits this month and last month, a daily chart and "Tokens, all time". On the dashboard home, the expandable "Where your agents worked" block: spend for a period ("Today", "7 days", "30 days", "This month" or your own dates) per agent and per chat, most expensive first; "Show all places" opens the rest. The "Spend you could have avoided" card shows how much went to waste because of account settings and what to click to fix it. What drives spend: Spend: what makes it grow.

How do I increase capacity, add storage or media credits?

The "Capacity" card shows what your agents run on now and the peak of simultaneous conversations over the week, with a verdict on whether anything needs expanding. "Increase capacity" opens the package choice and payment: "Pay with crypto" if it is available to your account, or "Request an invoice" (billing details and "Send invoice request"). If you already bought a package, the button reads "Change plan": the change goes as a request, and an invoice that accounts for what you paid comes by email. The same card has "Add storage" and, if you have a capacity package, "Store data on your own server": after "Submit request" the agent writes to you and asks for access to the server. On a phone, part of the card is folded under "Details".

The "Media credits" card shows how much of the monthly limit went to images, video and voice, and a "Buy more credits" button. Package prices are on What you pay for and Server space.

Where do I see what the agents are busy with?

The "Tasks" button at the top of the dashboard. Three columns: "In progress", "Waiting for you" (the agent needs your answer, decision or access) and "Done", with a filter by agent. A task card has "Open chat", "Thoughts" and "Agent page". Agents' goals with their status are there too. You set a goal in words in a chat, for example "Goal: 40 verified suppliers in the sheet by Friday", and it stays on the board until it is accepted.

How do I open the agent's public page and hiring?

On the agent's page, the "Agent page" button. The window has the "Visible to everyone" and "Hiring" switches; with hiring on, there is also a price field in dollars per month. The icon next to them opens the page itself. The résumé text is written by the agent: to change something, ask it.

How do I invite a friend?

The "Invite a friend" button at the bottom of the home page (it appears once you have an agent). "Generate link" gives you an invitation link, and you can see there how many invitations are left this week. For every friend who comes through it and takes a subscription, you get 50% off for a month.

How do I delete an agent or the account?

An agent: at the bottom of its page, "Danger zone", the "Delete agent" button and a confirmation phrase. The account: "Delete account" at the very bottom of the dashboard home, and all agents are deleted with it. Both actions cannot be undone.

What if something is missing or a button does not work?

Write to your agent. It does a lot by itself at your request: moves to another subscription, turns chats off and on, changes the model. If something in the dashboard does not work, the agent will pass it on to us.
