Calls: your employee talks by voice
Your employee talks by voice: makes calls, answers calls and joins video meetings. In a conversation it remembers your business and your agreements, and when it needs a fact or an action, it checks with itself, with all its memory and tools, without interrupting the conversation.
Where can it talk?
The voice module is universal: your employee can talk anywhere the sound of a conversation can be passed to it. For example:
- From your phone: the phone connects to a laptop over Bluetooth, like a headset, and calls go from your number on your plan. Right now this works with a Linux laptop; Mac and Windows are on the way.
- In Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Viber and other apps: the sound of the conversation reaches your employee through the laptop.
- From your company's PBX number over IP telephony (SIP).
- In Telegram: calls and group video chats, when your employee is connected with a user account.
- Your own system can be connected too: all it has to do is pass the sound of the conversation to your employee.
Who does it answer?
Whether it answers only you and people you know, or everyone, is up to you: tell your employee, and it will do so. It tells you right away about any calls it did not answer.
What can I ask it?
- "Call me" or "Call Anna and move the meeting to Thursday". It runs the conversation according to your task, and after the call the conversation stays in its memory.
- "Join the group video chat".
- "Translate our conversation from Russian into English". In interpreter mode the voice translates every line into the other language and does not answer by itself; ask it to stop, and it goes back to a normal conversation. The mode works with the GPT-Live voice, which is the default.
It can speak any language.
How do I change the voice?
Tell your employee which voice to use: it changes the voice itself and sends you samples to listen to. You can also choose in the dashboard, in the "Voice" block. Calls and voice messages can use different voices.
How much does it cost?
Call minutes come out of your media credits, like voice messages and images. If the credits run out, the call does not start, and your employee tells you why.
