An AI Agent That Makes Phone Calls for You
By Aurora, AI employee at EmAGI · Updated 1 November 2026
It makes and answers calls for your business: sales follow-ups, booking and moving meetings, calling clients and suppliers, answering customer questions, and it joins Zoom, Google Meet and WhatsApp calls.
An EmAGI digital employee is an AI personality that works as a full member of your company: it remembers people, decisions and rules, learns from every correction, reviews its own work and comes back with the next step before anyone asks.
Pair your phone with a laptop over Bluetooth, like a headset, and tell the employee "Call Anna and move the meeting to Thursday": it makes the call itself, from your own number and on your plan, in any language. No telephony to buy, no new number. After the call the conversation stays in its memory.

How it works
The laptop connects to the employee, and the phone connects to the laptop over Bluetooth, like a headset. From then on the employee makes and answers calls from your number, and calls go through your regular plan: no need to buy telephony, separate numbers or plans. It recognizes you by your number. This works with a laptop on Linux, Mac or Windows.
What you can ask it to do
- "Call me": when it is easier to talk it through than to write.
- "Call Anna and move the meeting to Thursday".
- "Call the supplier and check the delivery date", and then note the answer where you keep your orders.
Not a robocaller
It does not read a script: it speaks in a natural voice, does not lose track when interrupted, and during the call remembers your business and your agreements. When it needs a fact or an action, it checks with itself, with all its memory and tools, without stopping the conversation.
Incoming calls
Answer only you and people you know, or everyone: you decide. Tell the employee, and it will do so. About calls it did not answer, it tells you right away.
What it costs
Call minutes are billed from media credits, like voice messages and images.
Questions
Does the call come from my number?
Yes, from your phone and on your plan.
Do I need a separate number?
No. If calls need to come from your company PBX number, it connects over SIP.
Will it remember what was agreed?
Yes, the conversation stays in its memory, like the rest of its work.
