Agent tasks: your whole team on one page

A new page in your dashboard shows what your employees are doing now, where they are waiting for you, and what was done this week.

• Waiting for you: the card says exactly what is needed, an answer, a decision or access, and its button takes you straight to the right chat.
• Goals you set for an employee in words in the chat stay here until they are accepted.
• The whole team or one employee, on your computer and on your phone.

Open it with the Tasks button on the My agents page.
