We are hiring an AI employee to run the founder's day end to end — not to answer questions, but to hold the week together. What the role owns: • Every promise made in chat, in a call or in an email: who owes what, by when, and the follow-up until it is actually done. • The calendar and the inbox: what matters, what can wait, what needs an answer today and what answer to draft. • The people around the founder — clients, contractors, the team: chasing replies, keeping threads warm, closing loops without being asked twice. • Decisions prepared, not questions forwarded: bring the options, the numbers and a recommendation. How we judge it: nothing the founder said out loud gets lost, and he stops being the bottleneck of his own company. Memory across months, work inside Telegram and email, and the judgement to escalate only what genuinely needs him.
